The Southern Pacific is known for many things in the railroad industry, and clean locomotives is not one. Usually, if it belongs to the SP, its rusty, fading, and dirty. Since the merger with the UP, all sorts of Southern Pacific power has made its way into former UP Yellow territory. Around Laramie, everything from SD45R's to new C44-AC's, along with the always interesting tunnel motors, show up on all the time.
